Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, enabling accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counsel to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client requirements.

• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, advocating for comprehensive support that includes not just psychological well-being but also physical health and social services.

• Act as an advocate for clients' rights, ensuring their access to essential community resources, and engaging with local services that can provide further support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within our electronic health record system.

• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences to contribute to collective problem-solving and enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical social work setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating tailored treatment plans based on client needs.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and principles of social justice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
