This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while remaining part of a supportive and dynamic team. Typical hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent structure conducive to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial evaluations to assess client needs and establish effective care plans.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies tailored to client circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients dealing with end-of-life issues and other significant psychological stressors. At our hospice center, you will support clients coping with grief, anxiety, depression, and existential distress, empowering them to find peace and acceptance during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work practice, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
