Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and continually adjust treatment plans based on automatically generated symptom self-assessments and client feedback tools for monitoring progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and regulations while facilitating easy access to client records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and supportive staff to coordinate a holistic approach to our clients’ mental health needs.

• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at fostering a collaborative atmosphere and sharing best practices among peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Spring Bay Recovery Center, you will primarily engage with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n
