Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and areas for improvement.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific requirements of each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to create a coordinated care plan, ensuring all aspects of patient care are addressed.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering understanding and engagement in their care process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing validated modalities to support client growth and recovery.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and the treatment team, setting realistic goals aligned with patient preferences.

• Advocate on behalf of patients within the complex mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized and addressed effectively.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support continuous patient engagement and successful transitions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
