Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving a diverse cohort of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, understanding their unique backgrounds, and applying tailored therapeutic approaches to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent credential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with various populations, demonstrating the ability to handle a range of mental health conditions.
