Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to determine the unique needs of each client and formulate personalized treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with educators, school nurses, and mental health specialists to ensure a unified approach in addressing students' needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in clinical status, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school system, ranging in age from kindergarten through high school. You will encounter a diverse client population, each with unique backgrounds, challenges, and mental health needs. By addressing their emotional and behavioral concerns, you will contribute significantly to their academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Current Washington state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, as well as trauma-informed care practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and virtual communication technologies to deliver effective care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
