Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups utilizing video conferencing tools to provide a safe and secure therapeutic space.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, goals, and progress.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to coordinate care and address complex patient needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality regulations.

• Offer crisis intervention as needed and provide coping strategies to help clients manage acute symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, spanning various demographics and backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing diverse life challenges, including managing stress from personal relationships, work, and health issues. Your ability to establish rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds will enhance their trust and willingness to engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, as well as developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a strong connection with clients, encouraging openness and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services, particularly in virtual therapy delivery, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
