Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, creating personalized treatment and discharge plans that cater to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to gather pertinent data about each client, identifying issues and developing appropriate interventions.

• Regularly review and refine assessment protocols to align with the latest best practices and health plan regulations.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, ensuring a consistent and holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain detailed client records, ensuring that documentation—such as assessments, care plans, progress notes, and closing letters—is accurate, timely, and compliant with clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

ReviveLife Medical Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
