Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, determining their strengths and areas of need.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients and families.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management to aid understanding and adherence.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy activities, and family therapy to enhance relational dynamics within the care process.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, integrating patients' personal goals and preferences into the therapeutic process.

• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, acting as an advocate for their rights and ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications\n
