Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status, employing diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to form personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and timely treatment records in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver targeted therapeutic interventions and strategies designed to support mental health diagnoses effectively.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are established, with ongoing support tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services when necessary, acting as a liaison between patients and external healthcare providers or agencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your education and experience.
