Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a key liaison between families, schools, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and effective support strategies.

• Engage with insurance companies to navigate pre-certification and utilization management processes, advocating for our clients' needs.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, crafting tailored follow-up plans that address individual client circumstances.

• Offer therapeutic meal support, assisting clients in developing a healthy relationship with food by modeling positive behaviors.

• Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client while considering their intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students within the school system, ranging from elementary to high school. You will encounter a diverse array of challenges, including issues related to anxiety, depression, and family stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
