Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leveraging evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to support client progress.

• Develop and execute treatment plans that outline objectives, interventions, and metrics for monitoring client progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and necessary referrals to specialized services as needed.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with relevant community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive case management support.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and improve access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
