Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and sustaining positive relationships with clients while upholding ethical standards.

• Engage in regular meetings with clients to discuss treatment progress, review stability, plan for upcoming appointments, and initiate discharge when appropriate.

• Design, execute, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client session, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and emotions.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure professional accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
