Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and create customized treatment plans based on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in overcoming challenges.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records by using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
