Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging virtual group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share experiences, build connections, and support each other in their mental health journeys.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct personal counseling sessions that allow clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, employing tools to develop personalized coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is mandatory.

• Experience working with clients with mental health disorders in either outpatient or residential settings.
