Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate an effective therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and coordinating discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and mental health needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes for each client in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
