Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring up-to-date documentation of treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with youth and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting focused on family and youth support.

• Strong grounding in legal and ethical standards regarding mental health practices.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse recovery is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
