Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and collaborate effectively with fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse cohort of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing a multitude of challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
