Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring consistent and engaging communication to establish rapport and trust.
\n
• Conduct regular check-ins to review clients' progress, stability, and therapeutic needs, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, to track client developments.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and create appropriate action plans.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to review case work, share insights, and enhance your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Continuously foster a growth mindset, remaining open to learning and incorporating new evidenced-based approaches in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with youth patients who face a variety of mental health challenges. This may include issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, or trauma. You will play a crucial role in establishing a safe and supportive environment where young clients can express themselves and work through their challenges with your guidance.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements specific to our clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates who bring the following experiences:

• At least one year of professional experience providing mental health care to psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and running both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Strong technological skills, including experience with telehealth platforms and basic office software for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
