Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring individualized care.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, complying with legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and development workshops, staying informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around supporting individuals and families who face barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ensuring they receive compassionate support and effective treatment tailored to their particular needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including:
