Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy plans for clients, utilizing both telephonic and video conferencing technologies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, providing compassionate support aimed at fostering emotional health.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and optimal care documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatments and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will provide support for a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and substance misuse. Your work will significantly impact clients’ lives by offering them the tools needed for coping, healing, and thriving.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
\n
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse therapy.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and availability of caseload. Counselors will also receive access to benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Our administrative support team assists with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on providing excellent patient care. Additionally, incoming LPCs may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
