Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, harnessing the benefits of telehealth to promote mental health accessibility. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments required. This schedule enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering focused therapeutic care to your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and address upcoming appointments, including discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring holistic care delivery.

• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes for all clients, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and effective communication.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather crucial information about clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your skills and professional insight, contributing to your growth as a mental health provider.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, ensuring you can practice independently.
