Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client circumstances, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, maintaining a strong focus on creating a safe and welcoming healing space.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, using EMR software to ensure efficient record-keeping.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and develop apt treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated with advancements in mental health care.

As an LPC at Care and Connects Counseling Center, your client base may include individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with various client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
