Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to address complex mental health issues in various formats.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater primarily to individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted professional counselor (LPC) license recognized in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
