Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and family members, to communicate updates on clients' progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Design and present tentative schedules for appointments, including home visits and observations, to monitor clients' advancement toward their therapeutic goals.

• Organize and coordinate home visits, ensuring comprehensive assessments through direct observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews.
\n
• Implement and monitor treatment plans rigorously, ensuring all interventions are executed effectively and ethically.
\n
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights from your individual sessions that may inform team strategies.
\n
• Document and maintain monthly and quarterly progress notes to provide a clear, ongoing record of client developments.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions for fellow staff members on program implementation and documentation procedures to ensure service consistency.
\n
• Cultivate connections with community resources and other stakeholders to enhance client support networks and development goals.

• Perform follow-up evaluations through home visits or interviews to address ongoing client needs and adjustments to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is essential.

• While direct experience with family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-focused care is preferred, a passion for continued learning is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload capacity.
