Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments conducted during the initial client evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring customized care.

• Provide counseling to a range of clients—including individuals, couples, families, and groups—addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and integrate various treatment modalities effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base facing a multitude of challenges, including stress management, emotional trauma, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, and general life transitions. You will help clients develop skills to manage their issues and support them on their journey toward greater emotional health and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic interventions and client engagement strategies.

• Extensive knowledge of legal regulations and ethical guidelines relevant to counseling.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and pertinent applications to track client progress and treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
