Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand patients’ unique mental health needs and create tailored care plans.
\n
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other relevant parties, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
\n
• Develop a proactive plan for client appointments, including home visits and observations, to monitor and track progress consistently.
\n
• Implement program plans accurately while actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to program improvements.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate records to provide transparency and accessibility to all relevant stakeholders regarding client progress.
\n
• Lead ongoing training sessions for staff to enhance their competency in implementing therapeutic programs and utilizing necessary documentation tools.
\n
• Perform follow-up interviews and home visits as needed to ensure that clients’ needs are continuously met, adapting interventions based on their progress.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community, assisting in achieving developmental goals and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including both children and adults, who may present with a multitude of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your individualized approach will empower clients to explore their unique challenges, facilitating personal growth and healing in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) that is unrestricted in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is essential, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Profound understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients of varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
