Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead supportive group sessions that encourage participants to share their journeys, foster connections, and gain insights from each other’s experiences.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer tailored, empathetic counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and set actionable goals.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and responsive to their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools to continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they are on the path to recovery.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and share insights on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our community health clinic utilizes evidence-based practices to deliver compassionate care in a supportive setting, with programs such as Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Qualifications\n
