Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies to address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through group, family, couple, and individual modalities, ensuring effective treatment delivery.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate healing and growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain up-to-date with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing the field of mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
