Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Document and maintain comprehensive clinical records, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical standards required in the field of counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sierra Mental Care Center, you will engage with a diverse client population across the Dallas area. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
