Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for each client based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are current, accurate, and securely stored in our EMR system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
