Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy strategies through comprehensive assessments of patients, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.

• Conduct engaging therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based practices to facilitate effective communication, coping skills, and personal growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, adapting techniques based on client responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Dorchester Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
