Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and tailored therapy to clients, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress toward therapy goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that evidence-based practices are applied consistently.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
