Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Provide therapy sessions to a diverse client base including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that improve client outcomes.

Your work will directly impact a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably within a mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
