Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Lifeworks, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Manage a balanced caseload of clients, establishing rapport to foster a trusting therapeutic environment while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, discussing their growth, stability, and next steps, while appropriately evaluating discharge criteria.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they reflect a person-centered approach.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates for each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans from the outset.

• Lead engaging individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in individual supervision practices to foster professional growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Possess a current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Nevada.

• Ability to meet and maintain internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
