This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing the option for in-office interactions at our Erie, Pennsylvania outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building and maintaining positive relationships that respect professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including detailed progress notes that comply with clinical standards.

• Conduct intake assessments and evaluations to identify the needs and goals of new clients.
\n
• Provide a predetermined number of weekly individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that supports the overall well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. Our benefits include:
