Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client mental health needs, understanding their history and current challenges.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients in both individual and virtual group settings, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

• Engage in active collaboration and communication with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for mutual clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults facing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client relationships and teamwork.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
