Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with the organization’s policies and local regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to discuss progress, address clients’ needs, and fine-tune treatment plans.

• Support clients during discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions and continued access to valuable services post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
