Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with best practices in ethics and legal standards.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate holistic care for clients and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in continuous education by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Flourish Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, facilitating therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
