This position is primarily remote, combining the flexibility of telehealth with the ability to connect with clients through our outpatient office for in-person sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients with varying mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic care plans that address clients’ needs comprehensively and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality and integrity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and team meetings, to stay current with evolving practices and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. Our clients may present a spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues and substance misuse. Your role will be pivotal in empowering these clients by providing them the tools and therapeutic support necessary for their recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
