Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, conducting regular sessions to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, providing comprehensive evaluations to inform initial treatment protocols.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record system.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and excellence in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with youth and their families. Our clients often present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
