Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, using appropriate diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5, to create tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique cultural background and specific needs.

• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to support mental health improvement.
\n
• Document and maintain comprehensive patient records, ensuring all clinical information is accurately captured and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate collaboration with patients and their families in developing effective treatment strategies, ensuring that desired outcomes are clear and achievable.
\n
• Engage with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate referrals and enhance the treatment process, creating a seamless care experience for patients.

• Educate and mentor upcoming professionals, including students and interns, enriching their experience at Casaprime and fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

• With oversight from the clinical supervisor, participate in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and staff development initiatives aimed at enhancing team competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, tailoring interventions to meet the specific mental health needs of each individual. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom face unique cultural and socio-economic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
