Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy for adult patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment models to address a wide array of mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Collaborate closely with clinic psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows to create integrated treatment plans for our diverse clientele.

• Participate in clinical supervision and training, which may include teaching courses to medical students or supervising psychotherapy residents.

• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with department policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
