As a remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being integral to our school-based programs. Your schedule will primarily involve regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some evenings or weekends required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized care plans in collaboration with seniors, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
