Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy and support to clients undergoing detoxification. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to establish the needs and concerns of each patient, followed by developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address mental health challenges and reinforce coping strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, aiming to deliver holistic care to patients.

• Participating in regular case consultation meetings for peer support, sharing insights to improve treatment approaches and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families about mental health and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues within a detoxification context. Working empathetically with a diverse patient population including adults from various backgrounds, you will leverage your expertise to guide them through their recovery journey, addressing emotional, psychological, and social aspects of their health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services related to substance abuse or mental health.
