Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their psychosocial needs and readiness for detoxification.

• Actively participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure a tailored approach is taken for each client.

• Monitor and document client progress within the detox program, collaborating with fellow team members to adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Utilize effective evidence-based practices to establish rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, fostering a healthy environment for recovery.

• Provide families with essential information and strategies to support their loved ones during detox, ensuring they are engaged in the recovery process.

• Adhere strictly to all state and federal regulations regarding social work practices and patient confidentiality.

• Implement natural learning environment practices to enhance client engagement in therapy sessions.

• Facilitate coaching sessions for families, utilizing the coaching model to promote understanding and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
