Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide individual psychotherapy services to clients either in crisis or in a stable state, utilizing evidence-based practices and proven therapeutic techniques.

  Complete programmatic reports and maintain accurate documentation as requested by the Director, ensuring all records are compliant with regulatory standards.

  Oversee and support interns and trainees by managing their recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes, thereby fostering a collaborative educational environment.

  Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and partners, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of evolving policies and best practices in clinical care.

  Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of clinical program objectives, adjusting service delivery requirements to enhance patient outcomes effectively.

  Ensure that client files and documentation meet agency compliance standards, contributing to the organization’s commitment to high-quality care.

  Provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention in both telehealth and in-person formats, ensuring clients receive timely support during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and social difficulties associated with substance use disorders and those undergoing detoxification. Your insights and interventions will be critical in guiding these clients through their recovery journeys, promoting stability, and fostering resilience within their support systems.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

  Active and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
