Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify mental health issues, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) when necessary. Develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments, incorporating cultural diversity and addressing the specific needs of our diverse patient population.

  Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans, adjusting interventions and strategies to enhance patient progress and mental health outcomes. Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions based on patient diagnosis and treatment goals.

  Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, clinical documentation, and reports using our electronic health record system, adhering to all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

  Collaborate with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment strategies that achieve desired health outcomes.

  Develop treatment objectives with input from patients and their families, anticipate safety considerations, and ensure symptom reduction as part of the care process. Actively participate in a team-based approach to achieve effective care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
