Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical tasks aimed at enhancing the mental health and well-being of our clients. Key duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans by utilizing established best practices and solution-oriented interventions tailored to each individual.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on evidence and client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic’s operational protocols.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care strategies for our clients.

• Engaging in peer consultation meetings to promote the sharing of knowledge and enhance the quality of services delivered.

• Providing education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can support recovery.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and clinical developments within the mental health profession to continually refine your clinical approach.

You will serve a diverse population across various demographics and ages, facing multiple mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
