Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' mental health needs, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other relevant tools to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and implement evidence-based interventions to support the therapeutic process, adapting strategies as necessary to enhance the client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records in accordance with regulatory standards, leveraging current technology to streamline documentation processes.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design individualized treatment plans that include measurable outcomes and culturally sensitive approaches to care.

• Facilitate effective referrals and coordinate care among various providers, ensuring patients access the full spectrum of social services and healthcare resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, with additional benefits designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
